JAVA /DOT NET PROJECTS ABSTRACT 2016-2017 INTELLIGENT HANDS FREE SPEECH BASED SMS SYSTEM ON ANDROID ABSTRACT: Over the years speech recognition has taken the market. The speech input can be used in varying domains such as automatic reader and for inputting data to the system. Speech recognition can minimize the use of text and other types of input, at the same time minimizing the calculation needed for the process. Decade back speech recognition was difficult to use in any system, but with elevation in technology leading to new algorithms, techniques and advanced tools. Now it is possible to generate the desired speech recognition output. One such method is the hidden markov models which is used in this paper. Voice or signaled input is inserted through any speech device such as microphone, then speech can be processed and convert it to text hence able to send SMS, also Phone number can be entering either by voice or you may select it from contact list. Voice has opened up data input for a variety of user’s such as illiterate, Handicapped, as if the person cannot write then the speech input is a boon and other’s too which Can lead to better usage of the application. This application also included that user can only input numeric character for contact information, i.e. the security validation for number is done. SR will listen to input and convert numeric to text and will be displayed on contact information to verify. If any user try to insert any other character into the information an error would be displayed e.g. if user speaks his name for contact, it will be displayed as invalid contact. The message box can accept any character. To use the speech recognition user has to be loud and clear so that command is properly executed by the system.SYSTEM SPECIFICATION:HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: System : Pentium IV 2.4 GHz. Hard Disk : 40 GB. Floppy Drive : 1.44 Mb. Monitor : 14’ Colour Monitor. Mouse : Optical Mouse. Ram : 512 Mb.SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: Operating system : Windows 7 Ultimate. Coding Language : Java. Front-End : Eclipse. Data Base : Sqlite Manger. Conclusion: An automatic speech recognizer studied and implemented on the android platform which gives much accuracy for both numeric and alpha numeric inputs. Developed Speech recognizer system tested for a SMS sending application and found that it recognizes the speech to an accuracy of more than 90%. Enter phone number by speech or select contact from contact list. As user presses select contact here by selecting name of person it gives all phone numbers of that person in phone contact list box. Now it is possible to send sms to all numbers of same person on one click which results in reducing time of searching each number. The accuracy of this system is about 90%, and delay for recognition is less than 100 ns. This system tested for various speakers which had varying speech speed, amplitude and frequency. The results of this system are very good and recognized most of the speech inputs. We plan to implement this work for other languages as well as test them on the SMS sending application which is developed.

JAVA PROJECTS ABSTRACT 2016-2017 A CLOUD-BASED SMART-PARKING SYSTEM BASED ON INTERNET-OF-THINGS TECHNOLOGIES ABSTRACT: This paper introduces a novel algorithm that increases the efficiency of the current cloud-based smart-parking system and develops a network architecture based on the Internet-of-Things technology. This paper proposed a system that helps users automatically find a free parking space at the least cost based on new performance metrics to calculate the user parking cost by considering the distance and the total number of free places in each car park. This cost will be used to offer a solution of finding an available parking spaceupon a request by the user and a solution of suggesting a new car park if the current car park is full. The simulation results show that the algorithm helps improve the probability of successful parking and minimizes the user waiting time. We also successfully implemented the proposed system in the real world.Existing System: The current intelligent parking system does not provide an overall optimal solution in finding an available parking space, does not solve the problem of load balancing, does not provide economic benefit, and does not plan for vehicle-refusal service.Proposed System: To resolve the aforementioned problems and take advantage of the significant development in technology, the Internet-of-Things technology (IoT) has created a revolution in many fields in life as well as in smart-parking system (SPS) technology . The present study proposes and developsan effective cloud-based SPS solution based on the Internet of Things. Our system constructs each car park as an IoT network, distance between car parking areas and number of free slots in car park areas will be transferred to the data center. Conclusion: This study has proposed a parking system that improves performance by reducing the number of users that fail to find a parking space and minimizes the costs of moving to the parking space. Our proposed architecture and system has been successfully simulated and implemented in a real situation. The results show that our algorithm significantly reduces the average waiting time of users for parking. Our results closely agree with those of our proposed mathematical models. The simulation of our system achieved the optimal solution when most of the vehicles successfully found a free parking space. The average waiting time of each car park for service becomes minimal, and the total time of each vehicle in each car park is reduced. In our future study, we will consider the security aspects of our system as well as implement our proposed system in large scales in the real world.

JAVA/DOT NET PROJECTS ABSTRACT 2016-2017 A PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF MACHINE LEARNING-BASED STREAMING SPAM TWEET DETECTION ABSTRACT: The popularity of Twitter attracts more and more spammers. Spammers send unwanted tweets to Twitter users to promote websites or services, which are harmful to normal users. In order to stop spammers, researchers have proposed a number of mechanisms. The focus of recent works is on the application of machine learning techniques into Twitter spam detection. However, tweets are retrieved in a streaming way, and Twitter provides the Streaming API for developers and researchers to access public tweets in real time. There lacks a performance evaluation of existing machine learning-based streaming spam detection methods. In this paper, we bridged the gap by carrying out a performance evaluation, which was from three different aspects of data, feature, and model. A big ground-truth of over 600 million public tweets was created by using a commercial URL-based security tool. For real-time spam detection, we further extracted 12 lightweight features for tweet representation. Spam detection was then transformed to a binary classification problem in the feature space and can be solved by conventional machine learning algorithms. We evaluated the impact of different factors to the spam detection performance, which included spam to no spam ratio, feature discretization, training data size, data sampling, time-related data, and machine learning algorithms. The results show the streaming spam tweet detection is still a big challenge and a robust detection technique should take into account the three aspects of data, feature, and model.System analysisExisting System:1. Although there are a few works, such as [7] and [14], which are suitable to detect streaming spam tweets, there lacks of a performance evaluation of existing machine learning-based streaming spam detection methods. In this paper, we aim to bridge the gap by carrying out a performance evaluation, which was from three different aspects of data, feature, and model. Others apply existing blacklisting service, such as Google SafeBrowsing to label spam tweets. Nevertheless, these services’ API limits make it impossible to label a large amount of tweets. However, Twitter has around 5% spam tweets of all existing tweets in the real worldProposed System: Consequently, the research community, as well as Twitter itself, has proposed some spam detection schemes to make Twitter as a spam-free platform. For instance, Twitter has applied some “Twitter rules” to suspend accounts if they behave abnormally. Those accounts, which are frequently requesting to be friends with others, sending duplicate content, mentioning others users, or posting URL-only content, will be suspended by Twitter. Twitter users can also report a spammer to the official @spam account. To automatically detect spam, machine learning algorithms have been applied by researchers to make spam detection as a classification problem . Most of these works classify a user is spammer or not by relying on the features which need historical information of the user or the exiting social graph. For example, the feature, “the fraction of tweets of the user containing URL” used in must be retrieved from the users’ tweets list; features such as, “average neighbors’ tweets” in and “distance” in cannot be extracted without the built social graph. However, Twitter data are in the form of stream, and tweets arrive at very high speed.Despite that these methods are effective in detecting Twitter spam, they are not applicable in detecting streaming spam tweets as each streaming tweet does not contain the historical information or social graph that are needed in detection.SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONHardware Requirements:• System : Pentium IV 2.4 GHz.• Hard Disk : 40 GB.• Floppy Drive : 1.44 Mb.• Monitor : 14’ Colour Monitor.• Mouse : Optical Mouse.• Ram : 512 Mb.Software Requirements:• Operating system : Windows 7 Ultimate.• Coding Language : ASP.Net with C#• Front-End : Visual Studio 2010 Professional.• Data Base : SQL Server 2008.Conclusion:In this paper, we provide a fundamental evaluation of ML algorithms on the detection of streaming spam tweets. In our evaluation, we found that classifiers’ ability to detect Twitter spam reduced when in a near real-world scenario since the imbalanced data brings bias. We also identified that Feature discretization was an important preprocess to ML-based spam detection. Second, increasing training data only cannot bring more benefits to detect Twitter spam after a certain number of training samples. We should try to bring more discriminative features or better model to further improve spam detection rate. Third, classifiers can detect more spam tweets when the tweets were From the third point, we thoroughly analyzed the reason why classifiers’ performances reduced when training and testing data were in different days from three point of views. We conclude that the performance decreases due to the fact that the distribution of features changes of later days’ dataset, whereas the distribution of training dataset stays the same. This problem will exist in streaming spam tweets detection, as the new tweets are coming in the forms of streams, but the training dataset is not updated
